Now for an Asian wedding, one thing everyone knows and appreciates is colour. There are a trillion coloured indian sweets (burfey - excuse my spelling), vibrant coloured outfits, decor and atmosphere.

We are surrounded by colour and it enlightens the mood. You just can't be upset attending an Indian function (unless of course you want your aunties to spread rumours about your "unhappy secret love life"). Oh the joys of being Asian!
But anyway .. moving beyond the tradition and the chatter, these Macaroons are a classy, fun, delicious way to modernise and funk up your wedding. They'll go down well with the kids, they can be great take home favours and spill a little Kulfi on it, the oldies won't know the difference. They may even like it :D
Hope this leaves you feeling inspired!!
