{Picture of the Day} Heart Warming Mendhi or Wedding Setup

Fantabulous Midnight Mendhi Setup - brings a huge heart warming feeling...



Deep midnight blue tones and orange drapery, gold embroidery and pine wood furniture. This dream setting would make the most perfect Mendhi set up. It would work well for wedding reception set up also, except this small scene in the middle of a large hall just wouldn't look right.

Let your imagination go wild and really notice how much there is to do and experiment with. This is just one example.

Pastel Week: Blue

We have called this baby blue inspiration board: "A winters day in a warm fuzzy wrap" because that is how we feel when we look at this board. It definitely reminds you of winter, and frost, but it also has quite a warming feeling which is like a cup of cocoa of a cold December night.

I seem to be a huge fan for blue's - its such a cool, fresh colour and any shade of blue is gorgeous. And it's a colour everyone can be adventurous with.

As we are still in icy cold Winter, ice blue colours seems to be apparent and the deeper blues creates a warming sensation, not forgetting the sheer weight of some bridal gowns that can create a warm sensation of their own.

Inspiration Board: White/Christmas/Winter

In the spirit of "BRRRRR .. ICE ICE ICE" I thought it was only fitting to share a little inspiration board for those winter lovers, and fairytale Ice Queen idols. (The ice queen may be evil - but she looks Damn Good!)

I am not a big fan of winter, I would rather be indoors sitting next to a heater and drinking my tea (although now its Double Choca Mocha). But the ideas that winter can open up to weddings is astounding.

Inspiration Board - Blue/Crystal/Winter Wedding

So with Autumn upon us, Winter is slowly creeping in. Don't you just love this inspiration board. I can possibly say that all this blue doesn't even make my head hurt! I am not denying there is a LOT of blue - but it seems to go really well - but then again I am biased!
